Night is a long Comic Book Poem – 8 pages in total. I wanted the text to counterbalance this and it is short and does not take up much space on the page. The text deals with emotion and conveys my thoughts and feelings at the time. The illustrations were completed first and the text was added in after a long period of time. I could therefore reflect on my emotions and write the text for Night with a raw feeling of nostalgia.
